Inclusive governance, both in the crafting of policies, as well as the way in which government and institutions serve their constituents, is central to promoting inclusive cities. Without a range of voices at the decision-making table and an effective approach to defining and measuring objectives, cities and organizations risk inadvertently perpetuating disparities in policies, services, and outcomes – even with the best of intentions. We build capacity for cities and organizations to define and evaluate new processes and policies that actively promote inclusion. We work with public and civic leaders to reshape organizations to more successfully reach outcomes that align with their values.
