Danielle applies her real estate finance, community development, and market analysis expertise to offer analytical and advisory services, driving transformative projects that enhance the urban fabric and promote equity for both public and private clients.
Prior to joining HR&A, she led economic impact analyses at Karp Strategies, playing a pivotal role in modeling fiscal impacts, leading feasibility analyses, and implementing workforce market studies. Danielle previously worked at Just-A-Start, a non-profit community development corporation, where she supported affordable housing development. Danielle also worked at IPA Capital Markets, where she underwrote billions of dollars of real estate transactions. Her graduate thesis utilized a mixed-methods approach, employing machine learning for public housing RAD conversions and conducting developer interviews.
Danielle holds a Bachelor’s in Applied Math and Economics from Claremont McKenna College and a Master’s in Urban Planning from Columbia GSAPP.
