Senior Analyst
As a native Angeleno based in the Los Angeles office, Ginamarie provides project management support for the California Department of Technology’s broadband and digital opportunity programs.
Before joining HR&A, Ginamarie was an Associate at The Cadmus Group in Washington, D.C., where she provided project management and analytical support to federal, state, and local government stakeholders including the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and the Metropolitan Washington Council of Governments. In this role, she managed the development of FEMA’s National Preparedness Report, developed emergency management reports and tools, and conducted state and local risk assessments. Formerly, Ginamarie supported the delivery of 30 active shooter preparedness training workshops in local communities across the country through her work with the consulting firm Kiernan Group Holdings. Prior to her work in Washington, D.C., Ginamarie interned with the City of Santa Monica and worked as a freelance translator in Los Angeles.
Ginamarie is an alumna of the U.S. Fulbright Program. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in European Studies from Loyola Marymount University and a Master of Arts in German and European Studies from Georgetown University, Walsh School of Foreign Service.
