The program empowered thousands to enhance their professional skill sets and drive workforce capabilities across their regions. At The Dallas Foundation, he guided major funding decisions to tackle intergenerational poverty, while fostering collaboration and impact across the metroplex. At BB Imaging, he developed change management strategies to improve healthcare accessibility in underserved areas, highlighting the intersection of urban planning, digital solutions, and community health.

As a Portfolio Manager at RBL Realty, Mohammed managed 22 rental properties, focusing on affordable housing for Section 8 and low-income tenants. This role deepened his understanding of housing’s essential role in building resilient communities. He also served as a Product Marketer at HP, where he conducted market research and developed pricing strategies, earning recognition for driving business impact.
