A New Way to Experience HR&A

For 50 years, we’ve been problem solvers for cities, delivering solutions that drive lasting impact for our clients and the communities they serve. Today, we’re launching a new website and an evolved visual identity that matches the depth of our work and our focus on what’s next for cities. We’ve also made it easier for our clients, friends, and people interested in working at HR&A to understand the depth and scale of our work today.

Evolved Look and Feel

We’ve modernized our logo, colors, fonts, and imagery to honor our history, while offering new energy that better reflect our identity and values. The updated website also includes accessibility enhancements so that all audiences can navigate and interact with it effectively.

All elements honor our history, while offering new energy and vibrancy.

Logo - The refreshed logo retains the familiar ampersand while including more rounded edges and make our logo more mordern.
Colors - Shifting from our signature navy to a lighter shade of cobalt blue—along with new accent colors—brings fresh energy.
Font - This new font connects to our historical use of sans serif fonts with a fresh perspective.
Imagery - Our new website features images of cities, our team, and and our impact that authentically reflect our mission and identity.

Our Impact

The website is focused on telling the stories of the impact and outcome of our work in addition to describing the process we followed to get there. Less jargon, and more focus on how we’re delivering on our mission.

Our Scale

HR&A’s portfolio has grown significantly over the last 50 years, expanding into tackling the most urgent challenges facing communities.

The website reflects the full spectrum by organizing our work across seven areas of expertise and 16 services. These categories help visitors navigate our experience and understand the intersections between our projects.
