Allie’s approach to economic mobility policy is anchored in rigorous labor market analysis, deep stakeholder engagement, and an eye for how policy design shapes who actually benefits from investment. She supported New York State’s Office of Strategic Workforce Development, helping to establish priority industries that offered opportunities for economic mobility across the state and align grantmaking to equitable employment outcomes. In Los Angeles, she led research and engagement for the Green Jobs Regional Partnership, mapping existing training programs against projected workforce needs to build a roadmap that reaches the region’s goal of 600,000 green jobs in the county by 2050.

Allie also brings depth in regional innovation and economic development strategy, supporting coalitions, counties, and development organizations in assessing their competitive position, engaging stakeholders across sectors, and building actionable plans for inclusive growth. She supports clients in designing innovation ecosystems that strengthen regional economies, including advising Vanderbilt University on the vision, programming, space planning, and governance structure for a new innovation hub that will serve as a center of gravity for students and innovators across the region.
