Biography
Prior to HR&A, José Luis spent five years with UrbanHub Mexico, a multifamily developer in Mexico City, where he advanced and contributed to the planning, design, and delivery of nearly 850 multifamily units across four projects in the City, with responsibilities spanning budget management, consultant coordination, construction oversight, and investor reporting.
