She brings 13+ years of experience helping complex, multi-practice organizations translate strategy into effective operations, with expertise spanning financial management, organizational planning, process improvement, and cross-functional leadership.

Before joining HR&A, Jovonna was a Senior Operations Manager for a $537M+ portfolio spanning 20+ markets. Working closely with senior leadership, she guided financial performance, strategic planning, and organizational transformation while leading teams across finance, operations, and delivery, including building the governance systems and infrastructure for a $200M+ multi-practice initiative from the ground up, and managing project budgets ranging from $3M to $35M. Her background spans professional services, federal contracting, and nonprofit program delivery.

Jovonna holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Central Florida and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with additional certifications in Agile methodologies. She is currently pursuing a certification in AI Foundations.
