Biography
Prior to joining HR&A, Karen worked at Economic & Planning Systems (EPS) in Colorado where she supported clients on a variety of projects related to land use, real estate economics, and housing policy. She has also held roles focused on economic development and community engagement in the Washington DC-area, and has experience in the non-profit sector supporting sustainability conferences at the U.S. Green Building Council.
