Prior to joining HR&A, Libre’ served as an Executive Assistant at Apollo Global Management, where she transformed administrative operations through the pioneering use of AI productivity tools, streamlined global visa processing, and managed intricate cross-border calendars. Her diverse background includes supporting senior leaders at top-tier fashion houses and regulatory compliance departments, where she developed comprehensive SOPs and led high-impact initiatives for operational efficiency and Diversity & Inclusion (D&I).
A dedicated community advocate, Libre’ translates her professional organizational skills into civic action within her home state of New Jersey. She is an active leader in organizing local initiatives to address urban flooding challenges and promoting financial literacy for community members.
Outside of her professional and civic work, Libre’ is an avid sneaker collector and a passionate supporter of the arts. She recently combined these interests by facilitating a sneaker customization workshop at the Newark Museum of Art, where participants explored the intersection of design, personal identity, and urban culture.
