Melanie ensures that HR&A’s Tech & Society studio is positioned to deliver consistent, high-quality work to advance technology in the public interest.
Biography
As Director of Strategy & Operations, she oversees the systems, people, and processes that make strong project delivery possible — including business development, financial management, staffing, knowledge management, quality control, and the tools and platforms that keep the studio at the forefront of Tech & Society work. She brings firsthand experience leading broadband infrastructure and digital inclusion projects across more than 70 local governments, which grounds her operational decisions in a deep understanding of what clients need.
